At Garbanzo, our goal has always been to make good food more accessible and we are proud to always prepare fresh food daily for our customers. Choosing great ingredients is part of our story too. That is why we are committed to continuously improve the well-being of animals in our supply chain. In this effort, we are working with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®) to develop and implement our animal welfare policy. **By 2025 or sooner, all of our chicken will be Global Animal Partnership (GAP) certified and will be processed using CAS, which is widely considered as more humane. We are also committed to source all of our turkey and pork from farms that have earned an independent animal welfare certification recognized by the ASPCA® Shop With Your Heart program by 2025 or sooner.

Catering FAQ’s

Yes, Garbanzo will deliver to your event and set the catering order up for you or if you prefer, you can pick up your catering order at your local Garbanzo.
Yes, we can accommodate your dietary needs with vegetarian and gluten free options.
No, we provide all plates, napkins, and utensils with your catering order.
We provide disposable chafing stands and warmers so that your meal is served hot and fresh.

Garbanzo Rewards FAQ’s

With Garbanzo Rewards, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in participating Garbanzo restaurants. You can also earn points by referring others to the program. Every time you make a purchase scan the QR code in the app or the barcode on the receipt after the transaction.

Garbanzo Rewards will have many benefits for our loyal customers, including:

  • 50 points = $5 rewards
  • Eligible for surprise and delight, customized and local offers
  • Free birthday reward

Yes, the cashier can look up your phone number on the POS system in the restaurant if you have forgotten your phone. Please make sure you add your phone number to your profile.
Yes. If you are a Garbanzo Rewards member you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend when ordering on our website or ordering with the Garbanzo Rewards App when logging in with your account username and password. Orders placed with third party pickup and delivery services, such as DoorDash or UberEats, are not eligible for rewards with the Garbanzo App.
You will earn points for first party delivery orders through the Garbanzo Rewards app. You will not earn points for third party delivery orders
Yes, you may redeem rewards on the “Checkout” page in the ordering process of our website or Garbanzo App, followed by the option to pay via Credit Card or Gift Card.
The maximum amount of banked rewards you can redeem in one purchase is $25. Any remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
All Garbanzo Rewards members have a referral code they can find in their app under the ‘Referral Bonus’ in the app. When you share your code with a friend you will receive 25 bonus points after the referee makes their first loyalty visit with the app. No limit on referrals.
Rewards can only be redeemed in $1 increments. If you would like to cover your whole bill, round up to the nearest dollar. The change left over will be put back in your account after the transaction.
Garbanzo Rewards will award points rounded to the nearest dollar. If you spend $9.65, you will earn 10 points.
Yes. Unredeemed rewards will go back into your account. You will not receive physical cash from the restaurant.
If you cannot access your account, use the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields in the app. You will receive an email to the email address you used to sign up with Garbanzo Rewards to reset your password.
Yes, you’ll receive exclusive promotions, health tips, and information about what’s happening at Garbanzo. However, you can opt out at any time.
No, Garbanzo does not give out or sell your information to any other person, company, or entity.
