What is your Animal Welfare Policy?
At Garbanzo, our goal has always been to make good food more accessible and we are proud to always prepare fresh food daily for our customers. Choosing great ingredients is part of our story too. That is why we are committed to continuously improve the well-being of animals in our supply chain. In this effort, we are working with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®) to develop and implement our animal welfare policy. **By 2025 or sooner, all of our chicken will be Global Animal Partnership (GAP) certified and will be processed using CAS, which is widely considered as more humane. We are also committed to source all of our turkey and pork from farms that have earned an independent animal welfare certification recognized by the ASPCA® Shop With Your Heart program by 2025 or sooner.

⚠️ Important Notice for Existing Members
If you were a Garbanzo Rewards member before June 30, 2026, your rewards points should carry over automatically to our new item-based rewards structure. No action is required on your part. We convert banked rewards to points at 100 points per $5.

How does the Garbanzo Rewards program work? How do I earn points?
With Garbanzo Rewards, you earn points for every dollar you spend at participating Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh locations. Your earning rate depends on your membership level: Entry members earn 1 point per $1, Gold members earn 1.15 points per $1, and Platinum members earn 1.30 points per $1.
What rewards can I redeem with my points?
Garbanzo Rewards uses an item-based redemption system. Redeem your points for real menu items:

What are the Garbanzo Rewards membership levels?
There are three membership levels, each with a higher point-earning rate:
- Entry (0–100 points) – 1 point per $1 spent
- Gold (101–400 points) – 1.15 points per $1 spent
- Platinum (410+ points) – 1.30 points per $1 spent
The more you visit, the more you earn — higher tiers mean faster rewards.
How will I benefit from Garbanzo Rewards?

How do I join Garbanzo Rewards?
Download the Garbanzo Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit our online member portal. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account and start earning. One Garbanzo Rewards account per device. If you were a member of the legacy rewards program, sign up with the same phone number or email address to transfer your existing points.
Will I need a smartphone to participate?
The Garbanzo Rewards app is available on iPhone and Android. If you forget your phone, a cashier can look up your account by phone number at the register — just make sure your account has been activated with the number you provide to the cashier.
Can I earn rewards when I order online?
Yes. Log in with your Garbanzo Rewards credentials on our ordering website or in the app to earn points on online orders. Note that orders placed through third-party services like DoorDash or Uber Eats are not eligible for rewards points.
Will I earn points for delivery orders I place through my app?
You will earn points for first-party delivery orders placed through the Garbanzo Rewards app. You will not earn points for third-party delivery orders.
Can I redeem rewards when I purchase online?
Yes. On the Checkout page, you’ll see an option to apply your rewards before paying by credit card or gift card, just make sure you are signed in with an active account.
I forgot my username or password. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the app’s login screen or on our online member portal. You’ll receive a reset email at the address associated with your account.
Will I receive emails or SMS from Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh after signing up?
Yes, you’ll receive exclusive promotions and updates from Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh. You can opt out at any time.
Will my name be put on a mailing list for other organizations?
No. Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh does not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
